<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive device capable of measuring an environmental condition. <P>SOLUTION: An environment measuring device comprises: a power generation part composed of a solar battery; a power storage part; a measurement part; a sensor part; a control part; and a communication part. The power generation part is composed of a condensing part, the solar battery arranged at a lower part of the condensing part, and a substrate part arranged under the solar battery. The condensing part, the solar battery and the substrate part are sealed with a resin.
