A cell (10) has: a pole terminal (30) arranged on the exterior of a cell case (13); a crimped terminal (40) in which the pole terminal (30) is fixed to the cell case (13) by a base surface section (42) and a protruding section (41); an inversion board (51) mounted on the base surface section (42) and used for cutting off conduction between the internal terminal (55) and the crimped terminal (40) when the internal pressure of the cell increases beyond operational pressure and at least a portion the inversion board deforms and inverts away from the internal terminal (55); and a shaft member (45) having at least a portion of the top section (45a) arranged inside the protruding section (41), and used for reestablishing conduction between the internal terminal (55) and the crimped terminal (40) after the inversion board (51) has undergone inversion, by the top section (45a) being pressed from the outside and thereby being made to move inside the protruding section (41) to press the inversion board (51) inward. An airtight space is formed between the crimped terminal (40) and the inversion board (51). |
