An illuminating LED lamp (100), comprising a bulb housing (50), a light emitting unit (40), a heat transfer substrate (30) and a heat dissipation unit (20); the light emitting unit (40) is disposed on the heat transfer substrate (30); the bulb housing (50) covers the light emitting unit (40); the heat dissipation unit (20) comprises a heat transfer rod (24); one end of the heat transfer rod (24) is thermally connected to the heat transfer substrate (30), and the other end is thermally connected to the bulb housing (50) to transfer the heat on the heat transfer substrate (30) to the bulb housing (50). The illuminating LED lamp (100) has the advantage of high heat dissipation efficiency. |
