The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to producing a biomass applicable in a wide range of different spheres of human activity, e.g. medicine, cosmetology, sports, agriculture and veterinary. CCAP 211/115 Chlorella vulgaris Buzovna termophilic strain is obtained by direct separation from natural body of water (Beyuk-Shor relict lake) on Apsheron peninsula in Azerbaijan Republic. A method for producing CCAP 211/115 Chlorella vulgaris Buzovna termophilic strain is realized in conditions providing photosynthesis at natural solar and/or artificial lighting at pH 4-10, temperature 25-40°C by culturing the strain during 5-10 days and periodic separation biomass from a liquid phase directed to recycling by a reverse osmosis in an agitated unified Tamia medium containing (g/l): potassium nitrate 0.5; ammonium sulfate 0.2; calcium phosphate 0.03; sodium hydrocarbonate 1.0; magnesium sulfate 0.08; potassium chloride 0.0025; iron (II) sulfate 0.15; cobalt nitrate 0.00001; zinc sulfate 0.00002; vanadium-acidic ammonia 0.00002; manganese chloride 0.00001. The suspension is agitated mechanically and/or by air bubbling or a mixture air:COin ratio (98-99.8):(0.2-2) accordingly. |
