MOTOR RPM CONTROLLING METHOD FOR AN ELECTRONIC COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A method for controlling the RPM of a driving unit in an electric compressor is provided to prevent the compressor from being abnormally operated in a process that the driving unit drives a compression unit according to the target RPM. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling the RPM of a driving unit in an electric compressor comprises following steps. The compressor is operated on the basis of a pre-set initial value(S10). Information on the operation of a motor unit is received when the target RPM of a compression unit is received in a control unit(S20). Driving output of the motor unit is calculated according to the target RPM and the information(S30). The output(Wc) of the motor unit is compared to the maximum output(Wm) of the motor unit(S40). The motor unit is operated based on the target RPM when the calculated output is smaller than the maximum output(S50).
