PURPOSE: A silicon baked pure cotton mop, a manufacturing method thereof, and a duster for a vehicle using the same are provided to increase adsorption amount with improved adsorbability because only oil remains by removing moisture in manufacturing procedures. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a silicon baked pure cotton mop(10) is as follows. Dye and silicon powder or silicon wax are mixed to generated mixture. The mixture is dipped in thread to dye. The dyed thread is dehydrated by using centrifugal force. The dyed thread is dried to remain only oil constituent. The dyed thread is woven to form a fabric or a loop.
