PURPOSE: An image forming device in an electronic photo method is provided to reduce a material cost by using a beam detecting sensor on a rotational polygonal mirror. CONSTITUTION: A sync signal detecting unit generates a first horizontal sync signal by receiving a part of an optical beam from a light scanning device(100). A second horizontal sync signal generating unit(210) of a video signal processing unit(200) counts a sync signal offset according to the reception of the first horizontal sync signal. The second horizontal sync signal generating unit generates the second horizontal sync signal for a second light beam of the light scanning device. A video controller(220) of the video signal processing unit delivers video data to the light scanning device based on the first and the second horizontal sync signals.
