PURPOSE: An illuminating device is provided to facilitate the conversion of a color temperature by having a reflection plate which controls a reflection angle of a light at respectively different angle according to a color temperature. CONSTITUTION: An optical source unit(200) is equipped inside a lamp housing(100). The optical source unit includes a light emitting unit having respectively different color temperature. A rotating unit(300) is equipped in one side of the optical source unit. The rotating unit transfers rotation power of a rotation knob and generates the rotation of the optical source unit.
