The method of forming an oxidation resistant coating layer is for forming an oxidation resistant coating layer containing aluminum on a surface layer of a member (A) formed of metallic material. The method includes a plating treatment step (S 1) of plating aluminum on a surface of the member (A) in a solvent, and a heat treatment step (S2) of heat-treating the member (A) whose surface has been plated by the plating treatment step (S1). |
