PURPOSE: A method for providing a real estate mediation connection service by using a push notification message of a smart device is provided to supply product information to a purchaser terminal by receiving product information suitable for corresponding purchase application from a mediator terminal. CONSTITUTION: A service providing server transmits inputted purchase hope information to a selected mediator terminal(S400). The service providing server outputs purchase application to the mediator terminal by using a push notification message. The service providing server receives product information from the mediator terminal(S500). The service providing server transmits the received product information to a purchaser terminal(S600). The service providing server outputs the transmission of the product information to the purchaser terminal by using the push notification message.
