PURPOSE: A complex receiver is provided to drive a plurality of IC blocks by supplying a reference clock signal coupled to a plurality of IC blocks. CONSTITUTION: A first IC block(120) operates a reference clock signal. The first IC block outputs the reference clock signal. A second IC block(130) operates the reference clock signal buffered from the first IC block. A third IC block(140) operates the coupled reference clock signal. A coupling unit is connected between the first IC block and the third IC block. The coupling unit couples the reference clock signal outputted from the first IC block.
