METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CELLULOSE FIBRE TISSUES OF ANTIMICROBIAL EFFECT

The extracted fabric may be used for preparing working clothes for the needs of veterinary medicine and animal breeding. They have an improved resistance to microbial infections under multiple wet treatment. The method focuses on the treatment of non-dyed fabric with potassium or sodium salt of 5,7-dichlorine-8-hydroxyquinoline, in concentrations of 0,5-2 g/l, with fluid coefficient 15-20, at temperatures between 60 and 80 degrees C, for 20 to 40 minutes. Then follows treatment with dimethylol ethylene carbamide or dimethylol dihydroxy ethylene carbamide in concentrations between 60 and 100 g/l, in the presence of a catalyst (magnesium chloride 7-10) for 3 to 5 minutes, drying at 100 to 110 degrees C. Then there is thermo-fixation at 140 to 160 degrees C, for 5 to 10 minutes; washing with anion-active detergent in concentrations of 2 g/l at 70 to 80 degrees C, for 15 to 20 minutes; and, finally, washing with soft water at room temperature. After extracting the dried fabric, the treatment with 5,7-dichlor-8-hydroxyquinolyn is carried out simultaneously with the dying at liquid coefficient 15-20 and temperature 80-90 degrees C, for 20 to 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the remaining conditions are as if dying with direct dyes. Then follows the wring-out and treatment with solution of copper complex in concentrations of 2 g/l at room temperature for 30 minutes.
