PURPOSE: A wrapping paper for fruit protection is provided to have excellent surface glossiness, excellent air permeability and translucency, and excellent waterproof and vaproproof effect. CONSTITUTION: Insert one or more than two of resins that is selected from ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polystyrene, low density polyethylene, polyvinylacetate in heated and melted paraffin wax solution to manufacture liquid coating composition. Put liquid coating composition into a reservoir, and process of heating and pressuring after passing the paper material through to dip both sides. Cool quickly a paper material which is coated with liquid coating composition from the cooling roll. Quenching cools to -5-5 deg. C. A paraffin wax lamination comprises more ionomer selected from a copolymer of methacrylic acid and ethylene, and a copolymer of acrylic acid and ethylene about coating composition 100 parts by weight with 1-10 parts by weight. Oil weight of paraffin wax lamination is less than 0.2% of weight and melting point is 40-70 deg. C. A vinyl acetate content of ethylene vinyl acetate resin is 15-35% of weight. And melt index(MI) is 2-25. A liquid coating composition comprises paraffin wax 90-95 weight ratio: resin 5-10 weight ratio. |
