Embodiments provide methods, a computer programs and an apparatuses 10, 20 for a base station transceiver 100 and a relay station transceiver 200 in a mobile communication network 300 with a first mobile transceiver 210 associated with the base station transceiver 100 and a second mobile transceiver 220 associated with the relay station transceiver 200. The base station transceiver 100 transmits data to the first mobile transceiver 210 using one or more radio resources from a set of radio resources, the relay station transceiver 200 transmits data to the second mobile transceiver 220 also using one or more radio resources from the set of radio resources. The base station transceiver apparatus 10 comprises means for determining 12 an interference condition of the first mobile transceiver 210 on a radio resource used by the relay station transceiver 200 for transmission to the second mobile transceiver 220 and means for scheduling 14 the first mobile transceiver 210 for data transmission also using the radio resource used by the relay station transceiver 200, when the interference condition indicates that the signals from the base station transceiver 100 are degraded due to interference created by the signals from the relay station transceiver 200 on the radio resource by less than a predetermined threshold. The relay station transceiver apparatus 20 is adapted to communicate information on its buffer status to the base station transceiver 100 for enabling interference condition determination at the base station transceiver 100.
