PURPOSE: A combination of methylated biomarkers and a diagnostic kit by applying the same are provided to reduce pain and to accurately and quickly diagnose superficial transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing cancer contains a primer or a probe which specifically binds to a nucleotide selected from the group consisting of nucleotides of sequence numbers 1-3. The probe or primer is methylation sensitive. The cancer is bladder cancer. The probe or primer specifically detects a promoter gene which is specifically methylated in cancer cells.
