PURPOSE: A hydroelectric power generation apparatus with a spiral passage is provided to obtain strong rotary power because a passage plate is separated apart from the rotational centers of a generator shaft and cylindrical rotating body for providing the cylindrical rotating body with high torque. CONSTITUTION: A hydroelectric power generation apparatus with a spiral passage comprises a cylindrical rotating body and a passage plate(400). The cylindrical rotating body comprises a body(310), an upper rotary shaft(320), and a lower rotary shaft(330). The body comprises an inner cylinder(311) and an outer cylinder(312). The upper rotary shaft is rotationally supported by an axial bearing(600) and connected to a first power generator(100). The lower rotary shaft is rotationally supported by the axial bearing and connected to a second power generator(110). The upper and lower rotary shafts are respectively rotated, and operate the first and second power generators. The outer end of the passage plate is connected to the outer cylinder of the cylindrical rotating body, and the inner end is connected to the inner cylinder of the cylindrical rotating body. The passage plate wraps the inner cylinder many times and forms spirals. The passage plate is extended from the lower end to the upper end of the cylindrical rotating body in order to form a spiral gradient.
