PURPOSE: An insert injection molding device of a glass structure, a packaging container manufacturing method using the same and the packaging container are provided to form a single double container through insert injection with a synthetic resin using an air layer formed around the inner surface of the glass structure while supporting the glass structure firmly to a mold. CONSTITUTION: A glass structure is detachably fixed to one side of a first mold(110). A first cavity(111) is formed around the glass structure. A second cavity(121) is formed in one side of a second mold(120). The second mold accommodates the glass structure to the connected cavity between the second cavity and the first cavity. An air injection unit(130) is installed in the first mold. The air injection unit forms an air layer around the inner side of the glass structure. A raw material injection unit(160) injects molding material into the connected cavity between the first cavity and the second cavity.
