<p>The current sensor assembly comprises a primary conductor for conducting a current to be measured. Two magnetic field probes are provided for measuring magnetic fields. A magnetic core (1) is provided, which comprises a closed arbitrarily shaped ring structure surrounding the primary conductor and two recesses (6,7) for receiving one of the magnetic field probes. The magnetic core has a triangular or polygonal ring structure. The magnetic core comprises two arcuate shaped arms (2,3) made of soft magnetic material, which are joined with each other by joining points formed at their ends. The arm has a portion of metal sheets made of different alloys protruding corresponding to the joining points.</p> |
