DRAFT MARK AUTONOMOUS AUTOMATIC WELDING DEVICE AND METHOD OF USING THE DEVICE

PURPOSE: A draft mark automatic welding device and a method are provided to automatically welding plates by moving all directions along a planar or curved shape of a ship body plate. CONSTITUTION: A draft mark automatic welding device comprises an automatic driving flexible unit(100), and a control unit. The automatic flexible unit has a ship body plate(10) attached to the plane or the curved plane and is support-combined with a welding carriage(300) to enable the welding carriage to rail-move up and down. The control unit controls the moving direction and distance of the automatic flexible unit and controls the welding carriage to conduct welding. The automatic flexible unit consists of a flexible rail(110), and a driving unit(120). The flexible rail consists of a rail with a specific length which has a flexibility and elasticity. The driving unit is support-combines the flexible rails at a constant interval, and transfers the flexible rail up and down, and left and right.
