<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect presence or absence of a beat with high accuracy with a simple and low cost configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of recessed parts 23 are formed on a top surface side of a base object 20 and a pad section 30 comprising an elastic material is bonded to the base object 20 from its upper side and thereby space parts S (S1 to S6) which are confined air cells are delineated by the respective recessed parts 23 and the pad section 30. Communicative connection sections 21 which are through-holes communicating with an outdoor side are formed at the bottom of each recessed part 23. Sensor sections 10 are arranged in the communicative connection sections 21. When the pad section 30 is beat, the pad section 30 is instantaneously bent to the space part S side existing below beat position by the elasticity thereof and the internal pressure of the space parts S is increased to bend diaphragms 14 of the sensor sections 10.
