<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar power selling and buying system of rental collective housing which largely suppresses an increase in initial facility expense and brings merits not only to an owner of the rental collective housing but also to a tenant of an individual house by expediting power saving. Ž<P>SOLUTION: There are displayed on display screens 41a to 41d of liquid crystal monitoring devices 40a to 40d installed at the individual houses A to D: a preset reference use power amount which is a calculation reference; an actual use power amount measured by individual housing simplified wattmeters 22a to 22d; and a comparatively calculated difference 42 of point values at each fixed period of time, and also there are displayed on the display screens 41a to 41d by bar charts 43 side by side: the reference use power amount per month which coincides with these point values; and the actual use power amount. A display data operation means 27 integrates the difference 42 of the point values per month, and operates the total sum value 44 and the adjusted amount of money 45.
