摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating-direction divided 1D array vibrator which allows a group of signal lines to be connected to respective portion lines without using a multilayer FPC. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillating layer 20 is divided into a plurality of oscillating elements 21 by a plurality of dividing grooves 26. Each oscillating element 21 is divided into three portions by two dividing grooves 28. As a result, a left line 30, a center line 32, and a right line 34 are formed. The center line 32 is connected electrically to a first FPC 14 via a back face intermediate layer 18. The left line 30 and the right line 34 are connected electrically to a second FPC 16 underneath the left line 30. The levels of bottom faces of two dividing grooves 28 are set at any level in the middle of the back face intermediate layer 18. This effectively prevents acoustic crosstalk between divided portions.
