PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit and a signal transmitting method thereof are provided to minimize a skew between laminated semiconductor chips by reflecting preset delay time in a signal applied to the semiconductor chip. CONSTITUTION: A first semiconductor chip(210) transmits an external input signal to a second semiconductor chip and includes a correction circuit by reflecting delay time corresponding to a chip lamination order in an external input signal. A plurality of second semiconductor chips(220-240) include correction circuits which reflect the delay time corresponding to the chip lamination order in an input signal and output the reflected signal. A plurality of first chip through vias vertically pass through a plurality of semiconductor chips and transmit the external input signal transmitted from the first semiconductor chip to the second semiconductor chip.
