PURPOSE: A public address control system is provided to output a fire warning through a speaker by using an emergency operating unit even in case of fire when a control device cannot be normally operated. CONSTITUTION: A control device(200) controls the whole operation of a public address system. An emergency operating unit(700) is installed between the control device and a fire warning system(300). When the control device cannot be normally operated, the emergency operating unit is operated. The emergency operating unit outputs a fire warning sound through a speaker unit(600) according to a fire warning signal transmitted from the fire warning system.
