PURPOSE: An electronic compressor is provided to sharply reduce noise by preventing flow resistance with an edge even when refrigerant passes through a through hole at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: An electronic compressor comprises a driving unit, a compression unit, a discharge unit, and control unit. The discharge unit is connected to one end of the compression unit by a discharge unit housing(71), and discharge refrigerant to a refrigerant line. The discharge unit housing comprises a discharge chamber(75) and a discharge channel(77). The discharge chamber is in contact with a discharge hole between the outer surfaces of the discharge unit housing in order to wrap the inlet of the discharge hole. The discharge channel is formed between the inner surfaces(74) of the barrier to wrap the discharge chamber. The corner of a through hole(79) connecting the discharge chamber to the discharge channel is chamfered. The side corner of the through hole is chamfered.
