摘要 PURPOSE: A method for recycling aluminum alloys chip and scrap by electromagnetic pulse treatment is provided to remarkably increase the use amount of scarp by remarkably increasing elongation and reducing casting defects. CONSTITUTION: A method for recycling aluminum alloys chip and scrap by electromagnetic pulse treatment irradiates a weld with an electromagnetic pulse to improve quality of aluminum scrap. An electromagnetic pulse generator improving the quality of the aluminum scarp comprises a wave guide for transferring electromagnetic pulses to inside the weld. The material of the wave guide improving the quality of the aluminum scraps which has a titanium material. The wave guide improves the quality of aluminum scrap which is in the weld. The frequency of the electromagnetic waves is 0-100 Hz.
