PURPOSE: A control right management method of a wind power generation system is provided to malfunction caused by an inconsistent control command by setting the master-slave control of first and second operation panels. CONSTITUTION: A control right management method of a wind power generation system(10) comprises the following steps. A first control unit is installed in the base unit(100) of a tower, and includes a first operation panel(112) and a first controller(110). A second control unit is installed in a nacelle unit(200), and includes a second operation panel(212) and a second controller(210). The first and second controllers are connected to a network and receive a control command. The first and second operation panels comprise control panels and display panels. The first and second operation panels have a master-slave control relation, and determine own right depending on the right of the counterpart. The first and second controllers control the wind power generation system depending on the operation.
