PURPOSE: A lighting device using an organic electro-luminescent device is provided to improve a heat emitting effect by forming a heat dissipation layer including grapheme. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is located on a first substrate. An organic light emitting layer(20) is located on the first electrode. A second electrode is located on the organic light emitting layer. A passivation layer(30) is located on the second electrode. A bonding layer(40) is located on the passivation layer. A second substrate includes the bonding layer and a heat dissipation layer touching the bonding layer.
