COIL ASSEMBLY FOR MAGNETIC CLUTCH

PURPOSE: A coil assembly for a magnetic clutch is provided to replace a magnetic coil made of copper with a coil made of the combination of aluminum and copper, thereby not only having the same physical property but also reducing costs. CONSTITUTION: A coil assembly for a magnetic clutch includes a magnetic coil(110). The magnetic coil is composed of an aluminum layer(111), a copper layer(112), and an insulating layer(113). The Magnetic coil has the thickness of 0.7-1.0mm. The aluminum layer is placed on a center layer. The copper layer wraps around the outside of the aluminum layer. The volume ratio of the copper layer is of 10-40%. The insulating layer surrounds the outside of the copper layer. The insulating layer is composed of an enamel coating layer.
