The device increases the number of subscribers by increment of card between digital matching block and circuit connection unit, and is enable to communicate data above 100 subscribers. The device includes a digital interconnection line matching means (41) which executes matching of a PCM signal, a low level processor means (43) which controls telephone network matching device, a signal service means (42) which executes a service function, a line connecting means (47) which reduces a hardware width of signal service means (42), a circuit connecting means (44) which connects a subscriber matching device to computers. The circuit connecting means (47) includes a receiving means (521), mode/address parity detection means (523), a timing means (524), a data parity detection means (525), a transmitting means (522), a series/parallel register means (526), a buffer means (528), and a modem (532).
