PURPOSE: An impact sensing device and a method for assembling the same are provided to directly mount a housing unit in a press machine and to insert a substrate and a terminal by using the housing unit in a mounting space of a connector unit, thereby reducing manufacturing costs without a separate jig and improving the workability of a whole assembling task. CONSTITUTION: An impact sensing device comprises a housing unit(50), a connector(60), and a substrate(74). A mounting hole(52) passing through a joining bar unit(51) and an internal space(56) being opened to one side are formed in the housing unit. The connecter comprises an insertion unit(66) joined to the housing unit and a connection unit(62) which is projected to a direction opposite to the insertion unit and connected to an opponent connector. The substrate is installed in a mounting space(68) formed in the inside of the insertion unit or the internal space of the housing unit. A sensor chip(76) is mounted on the substrate.
