PURPOSE: A powder measuring device is provided to prevent powder being agglomerate, thereby accurately measuring the powder. CONSTITUTION: A powder measuring device comprises a container(120), a vibrating unit(110), and a balance(140). The container contains powder. The vibrating unit torsionally vibrates the container. The balance measures a powder amount. The container comprises a powder discharging unit. The powder contained in the container is moved by the vibration of the vibrating unit, thereby being transferred to the balance via the powder discharging unit.
