PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of pills of functional paste is provided to comprise unsaturated fatty acid and fiber by mixing and adding DHA, EPA and rice bran into fermented soybean paste and red pepper paste. CONSTITUTION: Make fermented paste. Ripen and ferment the paste. Add docosahexaenoic acid 0.01-0.05 parts by weight and EPA 0.01-0.05 parts by weight to the fermented paste 100 parts by weight and mix to process primary low temperature ripen. Add rice bran as much as 20-40 parts by weight to the primary low-temperature fermented paste and mix to conduct secondary low-temperature ferment process. Dry the secondary low-temperature fermented paste. Mold the dried paste into pills. The paste is fermented soybean paste or red pepper paste. Primary low-temperature ferment is fermented at 2-6 deg. C for 10-20 days. Secondary low-temperature ferment is fermented at 2-6 deg. C for 40-60 hours. The drying process of secondary low-temperature fermented paste is conducted at 50-60 deg. C of material temperature for 50 to 70 hours. Inject salt for salinity management in the step of making the paste fermented. Salt is yellow earth treated salt. Ferment for 2-3 years at the step of fermenting maturation.
