PURPOSE: A cargo loading and unloading method for a ship is provided to reduce the volume and weight of an outrigger by rotatably installing the outrigger in a ship. CONSTITUTION: A cargo loading and unloading method for a ship comprises a first body(100), a pair of second bodies(200), and connection rings(400). A first hinge part(130) installed on one side of a ship(10) is coupled to one end of the first body to be horizontally turned and a second hinge part is arranged in the other end of the body. The pair of second bodies is arranged in both sides of the first body. One end of third hinge parts(230) is coupled to the pair of the second bodies to be horizontally turned. The fourth hinge parts arranged in the other end of the pair of the second bodies are coupled to or separated from the second hinge part while rotating on the third hinge parts. The connection rings are arranged in coupling portions where the fourth hinge parts and the second hinge part are connected.
