<p>The invention relates to a process for obtaining an ecological sliced potato. According to the invention, the process consists in sanitizing the soil and the ground water sheet in the cultivation zone, fertilizing the soil by applying fertilizers of plant origin, growing the potatoes, applying a plant insecticide, harvesting, cleaning and peeling the potatoes, slicing them into thin slices of 1.5 mm, washing, draining the slices and submerging them into a solution containing 9% acetic acid and NaCl, followed by the controlled dewatering thereof.</p> |
