PURPOSE: A peeling apparatus for garlic is provided to have less number of parts and generate less damage of peeled garlic. CONSTITUTION: A supporting board(110) equipped with a first resin surface part(110a) composed of resin having elastic force on the surface in the upper side. A second resin surface part is comprised of resin which has elastic force on its surface. A garlic moving part moves according to a first resin surface part by pressing the garlic which is on a first resin surface part with a second resin surface part. A supporting board is provided with through holes to let the peel of garlic coming off to the lower part. A container(150) has a shell accommodating chamber for accommodating garlic peel which falls down through hole and support supporting stand. A supporter(111) has a resin substrate joint(112). A resin substrate(116) is jointed to a resin substrate joint and composed of softer material than the supporter. A supporting board supporting part(151) for supporting board is formed inside of a container(150). A bottom surface of supporting board forms a support joint(115) to support the supporting board not to move to sideways. A first resin surface part(110a) and a second resin surface part composed of TPR or urethane. A second resin surface part comprises multiple linear portion(LP) which is arranged with an interval.
