PURPOSE: A detection data error collecting system, an apparatus thereof, a method thereof, and computer readable recording medium are provided to prevent data error by collecting data in case of losing detection data. CONSTITUTION: A detection apparatus(100) generates detection data by detecting the amount of resource use. The detection apparatus transmits the detection data. Validation data confirms error of the data. A collecting apparatus(200) receives inspection data and validation data. The collecting apparatus requests retransmission tot eh detection apparatus.
