PURPOSE: A door locking device is provided to use a locking member by a method controlling an indoor door lever and an outdoor door lever separately, thereby enabling to lock a door in the outside. CONSTITUTION: A door locking device comprises indoor and outdoor door covers(20,30), indoor and outdoor door levers(40,50), and a locking bundle(10). The door covers are respectively installed in indoor and outdoor sides of a door. The indoor and outdoor door levers are installed in the indoor and outdoor door covers. The locking bundle is installed in the door, thereby controlling the rotation of the indoor and outdoor door levers. The indoor and outdoor door covers comprises a fixing plate(61) respectively. A key fast(80) which is insert-fixed to the inside of a joining fixture(62) is arranged in the fixing plate. A locking member(60) controlling the indoor and outdoor door levers to be locked or unlocked is arranged in one end portion of the key fast.
