PURPOSE: A control method for obtaining braking performance in a fuel cell vehicle is provided to maintain temperature stabilization of a fuel cell system. CONSTITUTION: A COD heater(10) heats cooling water ejected from a fuel cell using electricity. An air conditioning heater(13) heats air supplied from an air supplier using the heat of cooling water. The heated cooling water is supplied to a radiator fan(7) through a cooling water cooling pump(11). A cooling water cooling pump and radiator fan lower the temperature of the cooling water. The opening degree of a three way valve(12) is controlled according to the electricity production quantity of an electric motor.
