The invention provides named compounds of general structural formula (I), wherein Ris tien-2-yl or phenyl optionally substituted by a fluorine atom, Ris a substituted 1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]octane comprising pharmaceutical compositions containing them and a process for preparing the pharmaceutical compositions. Their use in therapy for the treatment of conditions mediated by M3 muscarinic receptors, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is also disclosed.
