<p>The invention relates to a servo-hydraulic device for positioning testing under variable load conditions, meant to be employed in electro-hydraulic/mechatronic servo-system laboratories, where research is done in the field of servo-mechanism positioning accuracy/error under variable load conditions. According to the invention, the device comprises a hydraulic component (PH) which consists of a hydraulic cylinder (1), a servo-valve (3), some pressure transducers (4.1 and 4.2), a travel transducer (5) attached to the hydraulic cylinder (1) and a supplementary travel transducer (15) outside the closed control loop, as well as a mechanical component (PM) which is mounted on the upper rod of the hydraulic cylinder (1) and consists of some extension rods (7 and 11) on which a spring or a set of springs (13) are mounted in series, in parallel or in a combined manner, in order to achieve a variable load for testing the positioning servo-mechanisms, the variable load being mechanically transmitted by pressing/contact on a force transducer (14) which transmits the information to a data acquisition and processing system (SAD) of the testing stand which, after processing the data received from the other transducers, i.e. the pressure transducers (4.1 and 4.2), the travel transducer (5) and the supplementary travel transducer (15), can provide a diagram of the continuous variation of the testing force/load and of the positioning accuracy/error, depending on a travel (x) of the hydraulic cylinder (1).</p> |
