PURPOSE: A TSP(Touch Screen Panel) manufacturing device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by continuously manufacturing a TSP through the automation of a roll-to-roll scheme. CONSTITUTION: A first roll(520) winds a substrate and a second roll(550) winds a substrate in which an electrode pattern is formed. Guide rolls(530a-530c) are included in a transfer path of a substrate between the first and the second rolls and guide a transfer of a film. An electrode substance applying unit(430) is installed on the transfer path to apply an electrode substance to the substrate. An electrode substance sweeping unit(440) is installed on the rear of the electrode substance applying unit, contacts with the substrate, and pressurizes the substrate to fill the inside with a concaved pattern while pushing the electrode substance.
