PURPOSE: A pixel, a pixel array, an image sensor and a driving method are provided to shorten a charge integrated time for high illumination, thereby supplying the pixel which senses the high illumination and low illumination. CONSTITUTION: A transmission switching unit(TX) transmits charges in a photoelectric conversion unit(PD) to a charge storage unit(FD) corresponding to supply of an operation voltage. The transmission switching unit transmits the charges in the photoelectric conversion unit to the charge storage unit after a first integrated section. A reset switching unit(RX) drains the charges of the photoelectric conversion unit and the charge storage unit corresponding to the supply of the operation voltage. Output units(DX,SX,Vout) output the charges stored in the charge storage unit.
