PURPOSE: A rotation speed controller is provided to remarkably simplify the structure of a power cutting device and to minimize the producing time of a mixer by directly transferring power from a motor. CONSTITUTION: A rotation speed controller comprises: a decelerating shaft(120) rotatably and vertically installed inside a gear box(20), a driven shaft(130), and a bearing(126) which is the end part of the driven shaft(130). The bearing makes the rotation of the decelerating shaft and the driven shaft stable by being rotatably placed on the support units(24,26) formed at the locations corresponding to a cover(22) which covers a open end side of a gear box. A mixer for baking comprises a mixer body(10), a gear box(20), a support, a rotary body(50),a motor(100), a driving gear(110), the driven shaft(130), and an inverter. The inverter controls the rotation speed of the moor by touch-controlling speed change control button on a digital gauge with a display part and a timer-setting part.
