PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a chip area by using a decoupling MIM capacitor area. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device includes a voltage source line, a voltage return line, an integrated circuit(106) and a decoupling capacitor(110a, 110b, 110c). The decoupling capacitor is connected between the voltage source line and the voltage return line. The direction of the decoupling capacitor is different from that of the integrated circuit.
