The method provides a prolonged storage of raw rice wine in packing maintaining the flavor and taste particular to the wine with much of nutrition, and a container is provided for such packing. Sterilized rice wine is filled in a packing container under sterilization environment to be sealed for packing. The packing container has a subcontainer for keeping dried microorganisms including yeast and capable of fermenting the wine. The sub-container is attached to the main container so as to discharge microorganisms into the wine container, befor dinking, to further mature the fermentation of the wine in storage.
