PURPOSE: An anti-skid paint film type floor material construction method of using hydrophilic PVA(Polyvinyl Alcohol) microfiber is provided to improve durability, crack resistance and skid resistance, to upgrade the construction quality by presenting a pattern with a single work, and to promote economic construction by shortening the construction hour. CONSTITUTION: An anti-skid paint film type floor material construction method of using hydrophilic PVA(Polyvinyl Alcohol) microfiber comprises the following steps. The floor surface is repaired for the construction of an anti-skidding facility and for the elimination of foreign substance and moisture(S10). A primer is coated on the upper surface of the floor surface after the completion of floor repairing work(S20). Powder composition and liquid composition are mixed together by an exclusive mixing apparatus(S30). The powder composition is composed of silicone based waterproof agent, fluidizer, hardening accelerator, aggregate, oxide based inorganic pigments, and hydrophilic polyvinyl alcohol based microfiber. The liquid composition is composed of pure acryl emulsion, SB(Styrene-Butadiene) latex, silicone based anti-foaming agent, wetting agent, and water. The mixture of powder composition and liquid composition is coated as a paint film on the floor surface with a desired thickness by using one of a scraper, a roller and a rake(S40). A surface protection material is coated in 20-30 minutes after the completion of the paint film coating(S50).
