PURPOSE: A vehicle power control method and a power control system which uses wireless communication are provided to easily manage a power supply state by using wireless communication between a vehicle and a server. CONSTITUTION: A VIN(Vehicle Identification Number) of a vehicle is confirmed in a server(S415). A location of a vehicle is confirmed in location information. It is determined whether to satisfy a power control condition based on a location of a vehicle(S425). State information of a power is transmitted to a server in a vehicle(S435). The state information of power is stored in the server(S440).
