摘要 PURPOSE: A smart maximum power management system based on a program logic is provided to reduce time and costs by efficiently controlling load by embedding a logic control processor. CONSTITUTION: A maximum power management device(100) displays the amount of power consumption connected to a load(130). The maximum power management device includes a digital accumulated power system(110) and a control device(120). The digital accumulated power system generates power demand time pulse and electric power amount pulse. The control device includes an input unit(121), a maximum power management processor(122), a memory(124), and an output unit(125). A communication server(400) calculates consumer power use amount according to electric charge change.
