PURPOSE: An umbrella packing case is provided to recycle the umbrella packing case and to increase an advertising effect. CONSTITUTION: An umbrella packing case comprises a case(10) for accommodates an umbrella, a cover(30) which is combined with the upper end insertion unit of the case, and an attachment unit which is installed in the outside of the case to attach the case to the inside of a car. The outside of the cover comprises an advertisement insertion unit, a compression pump, a compressed air storage tank, a distribution pipe, and a plurality of nozzles.
